Built on Experience and Tradition

Owner and roaster Jeff Webb is a full-time resident of Cedar Key with deep family ties to the island dating back generations. Coffee has always been part of life—from quiet mornings on the porch to long days and nights in service as a Marine Corps aviator.

What began as a curiosity turned into a pursuit of mastering the craft of coffee roasting—blending both art and science to produce a consistently exceptional cup.
